Yes. Hilda van der Tuin LL.M. serves both sides of the table so to speak, but of course never in the same confilct. So the very first thing our firm does, is a check on a potential conflict of interests.

What does it costs?

It's impossible to give a general answer to this question, but rent disputes & conflicts will usually be charged by the hour spend and the hourly rate is 850 AED. Very often she'll set up a Zoom or Teams meeting to discuss the matter.

Do I need to visit your office?

No, that's only relevant in very, very rare cases.
