We use Telegram.

We don't use WhatsApp.  

We use paid-for password managers.

We don't sell, buy or exchange any personal data.

We use biometry to access our computers by default.

Encryption is switched on by default also on back ups.

We never share our contacts with communication services.

We don't use Google Analytics on this site.

We don't use Google Opensans on this site.

Lap-tops, suitcases and iPhones are being followed by GPS 24/7.

All our equipment is CC EL4+ approved.

Our e-mailproviders and datacenter providers have been certified for ISO 27001 and ISO 27017 for the year 2023.

So....no cookies!

Who we are

At Holland Legal Services we are acutely aware of the need for a proper privacy policy, being privacy lawyers ourselves.

Being good legal consultants, we are able to state legal stuff in plain English.

So, here we go:

We are not in the the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. Same goes for all your personal data that we might collect in our interactions.

We take measures to keep your data safe. For starters, we don’t email passwords ever, but always work via a secure portal or via a paid-for password manager, probably the best in the world: 1Password.

Cookies

We don't use them, we don't need them. Google does place a cookie on your computer or mobile, if that is how you found us. The technology behind this site and the sever allows the site to see what browser you're using and if you are on a desk top or mobile device. We don't store that information.

You are entitled to know what we store and know about you

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to our data protection officer Hilda van der Tuin at hilda@dutchlawyerindeuae.nl and we will work with you to remove any of your personal data we may have.

Changes to this policy

Although it's highly unlikely we'll ever change this policy, since privacy concerns really run deep in our business culture, we promise you that if we ever make a substatial change, we'll announce it on the home page of this site for at least three weeks in a row.

So, if you browse around on this site, it shows that you're OK with the privacy policy.
